WHAT IS THE FIRST STEP IN LISTING A HOME?

We will schedule a Listing Consultation Appointment with you and view your home and present you with a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis). From there we will have professional photos taken of your home and place your home on the market.

WHAT IS THE FIRST STEP IN BUYING A HOME?

First off, Contact us! We will then get you in contact with a Lender of your choosing. This usually takes a few hours to obtain. We will then know your buying power and start the house hunting process (our favorite)!

CAN YOU HELP IF I AM BUILDING A HOME?

Absolutely! It's so important to have an Agent going through the entire building process with you and the many different stages of it to make sure you are getting the best deal possible. You never want to be taken advantage of and we are here to protect you!

DO I NEED 20% DOWN TO PURCHASE A HOME?

No! This is often a misconception. You can put as little as 3-3.5% down depending on what type of loan you qualify for.

DO I NEED TO HAVE PERFECT CREDIT TO BUY?

No! It is often a misconception that you need a high credit score around an 800, but we have a team of Lenders that can work with a lower credit score. Anything is possible when you are with the right people!

HOW LONG IS THE HOME BUYING PROCESS?

This process usually takes around 30 days.
